How it works
Our rooms can be used with a day, monthly or annual ticket from Monday to Sunday from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., except during closing times, which we communicate on our homepage under “Current News”.
We do not have any staff on site, so tickets must be ordered online in advance. This is also possible on the same day and shortly before your visit.
We send our day visitors a one-time access code, and those who want to purchase a monthly or annual pass receive a membership.
With the membership, the specified child and one adult have free entry to all three playrooms. Additional people (adults and children) can be booked for €20 each. The access code for the membership may not be passed on and birthdays and children's parties are only permitted with a separate booking (room rental or children's party).
There is a quota for monthly and annual tickets. If this quota is exhausted, there is a waiting list.
